Our Mission

At Want That Change, our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals across Tameside by providing accessible, community-led support. We empower people to achieve better physical and mental health, build confidence, and gain the knowledge to take control of their own wellbeing.

Through education, peer support, and practical programmes, we help individuals develop sustainable lifestyle changes that reduce health inequalities and ease pressure on local health services.
