Whether you're living with a long-term condition, recovering from illness, or just want to get out and be more active, our low-impact, chair-based exercise sessions are designed to help you move safely, feel better, and connect with others.

Anyone who wants to move more gently or get back into exercise

Anyone feeling isolated who just wants to come along for some movement, laughs and company!
What to Expect:
Led by qualified exercise prescription specialists, each session focuses on:

Gentle strength and flexibility

Posture, balance, and coordination

Breathing, circulation, and energy boosting

Light seated movement and optional standing support

Lots of encouragement, social connection, and zero pressure
You’ll be guided through each movement at your own pace in a safe, welcoming environment. You don’t need any experience — just a willingness to give it a go.
