This is not a weight loss group telling you what to do. This is a FREE community study designed to help you understand your own body, health, and habits – so you can make real, lasting changes.
Led by two qualified Nutrition and Exercise Prescription Practitioners, this programme offers:
✅ Weekly in-person sessions (weekend or weekday evenings – you choose)
✅ Education around health, hormones, weight, sleep, and stress
✅ Support with movement, exercise, and condition management
✅ Ongoing motivation and guidance between sessions
✅ A chance to build healthy habits that stick – join with a friend if you like!
